The large east-facing terrace reduces the depth of the apartment, allowing direct sunlight to penetrate the interior throughout the entire day. To enhance the perception of light from the east, south, and west from any point within the home, an open-plan layout is proposed.
Thus, from the main façade to the rear, the spaces follow one another in sequence: terrace, living room, kitchen-dining area, and finally, study and master bedroom. This creates an engaging interplay of cross-views, allowing for complete control of the house from any of its points.
The sequence of rooms, one after another, is defined by thresholds of a certain thickness. These intermediate spaces maintain the home’s new open and flowing character while also providing some degree of autonomy and independence between the rooms.
The thresholds are marked by pairs of large sliding doors, serving as indeterminate boundaries that can either fully appear or disappear. This setup allows the space to function as a single unit or to be divided into separate rooms.

Our construction methodology allows us to minimize waste and ensure a high level of execution quality and energy efficiency, surpassing traditional techniques. Furthermore, we develop projects that, from the outset, prioritize permanence, durability, and adaptability to potential long-term changes in urban and social contexts.
